i really must ren lao liao
such a young age and i suffering from back pain

when to see doctor
and i ask why will like this one
he say maybe i sit too long liao
and my sitting posture is not correct

back was so pain that it wake me up at 10 plus
den now i can not sit too long at one place
sit for awhile and i must stand out and walk here and there
want to go back and sleep
but the more i sleep my head start to get pain
wa ha ha ha ha......
i starting to feel...why i so ma fan one?
people out there who never have back pain before
pls don't try
is not fun at all....i really very pain and suan....
