The feeling of being fat is back once again
this mean that is time for me to slim down
has been eatting fastfood frequently at the same time eating my dinner later
my weight use to hit 43 kg and sometime it will go to 42 kg if i never had any rice for the day
but this 3 day my weight has shoot to 44 kg and is so hard to each 43 kg

yesterday was a sinful day:

morning: roti prata & half plate of fried noodle
lunch cum dinner: cha gou tiao
supper: East cost BBQ Chicken wing

TodAY:
mORNING: fried fish ye mian
lunch: man tao and lotsof snack and sweet
dinner: MOS burger & mummy homemake dishes and rice (I had that @ 10 pm)

*Base of this kind of intake is really hard for me to slim down............
i really have to reflect myself and slim down to 43 kg and i shall push myself hard to 42 kg
