Genting Trip on 13-15 April 2009

photos to share during the 3 day 2 night trip. First day was at genting and second day when down to KL for shopping. It was tired but indeed it was fun......... Weather was cooling and the laughter that 4 of us share :)

I think that my shopping on-line should come to a full stop
i have been spending too much money like no one business
i have been buring my pocket till it is going to burn hole
i have been clicking, ordering and taking in stock
it make me really wonder i buy so much at one time go will i really wear it.....
that is another problem...i really don't want to buy and sepnd money in the end i throw it there without wear
i am throwing money for nothing
my source of income is going to stop soon and the more i should be spending like no one business

recently i have been back to on-line shopping
it has been a long time since i brought clothes from on-line have stop quit a while liao and have been going to buguis street fot clothes....... now decided to change my target liao

Standing on the weighing machine
seeing that your weight stay at 45-46 kg
the feeling was scare but at the same time you must accept the fact and countine to keep track of your weight......
when to do research....
artical state that in order to lost weight we must draw out plan stating that what is you weight lose goal and aim and start off to reduce your weight by 10 % of your total weight............

after reading this and doing a calculation......
lets take my most have weight

46 kg reduce to 10% = 41.5 KG
45 kg reduce to 10% = 40.5 KG

This is the weight i aiming
and i try all sort of ways to reduce to the goals

i really don't want to have spare tyre wrist
i really don't want to have big bloted stomach
i really don't want to have thick tree trunk hand
i really don't want to have thick elephant leg

stepping onto the weighing machine
and seeing that you weight has been increasing and not DECREASING...
the feeling of:
sad...
depress...
disappointed.....

really to scare to look at myself in the mirror
the excess of fats running out
really don't wish that the weight will keep increase till one day
it will become overweight
the fear of trying now clothes scare from changing from xs to s to m to L to xL to xxL to xxxL

i do not want to be call a fatty bom bom.........

the confidence towards my figure has been dropping non-stop.....
really don't know where want wrong
the in-take of fried food has been cut down a lot
the protion of food that i eat has been reduce a lot
but the time spend of exercsise has not increase
must i have a intake of fruits and vegetable for everyday and every meal den i will slim down

she is really unhappy and disappointed in herself....................

I really could not stand my hair liao

seeing my hair i will go crazy

as my fringe is long and i don't know where ot put

my hair is as dry ask dried grass

i have lots and lots of damgae hair and split hair

and i was told by my ma ma that keep my long fringe is making me very old and half of my eye is being cover is really very ugly :(

looking at my hair in the mirror i driving me crazy...really couldn't stand my hair

so i deicded to chop off my hair

let see what have i being doing for my weekend

weekend was kind of boring at the same time relaxing
staying at home
it has been a long time since i stay at home during weekend
but it feel so relax all day long slacking sleeping walking here and there like nobody business
but one thing i sure that i miss you very much...
although weekend is relaxing but without you is boring
how i wish the 11 day will become one day....
i have been trying myself to keep myself occupied like sleeping, watching tv, slacking and not forget my DS...
has been back to playing Harvest moon but this time is a different version call the Island happiness. it cute and it some sort of hard to play as compare to harvest moon cute...

like week i actually overspent my money on my face
ha ha ha ha
went to skin food and brought their product at the price of $80 plus
den last Thursday went to the beauty salon when i always had my facial done
brought their toner and sunblock foundation at the price of $140.
kind of shocking when i actually saw the price that i have spend for my face...
ha ha ha ha
and that not all...previously i have brought a lot of face product for my face too
and every morning every night i have been very hardworking doing all the necessary things
and i just hope that my face condition will be better and
not getting from bad to worst..
i really hope that all my effort will paid off and i really waiting to see the end result....

i really lost the confidence in taking photos
cause of my face
cause of my look
cause of my hair
maybe the negative thought of my look
that causes me to take less and less photo
that i actually forget how to smile in front of camera

the lost of confidence really impact me alot
as the photos took recently is so ugly that is hard to believe that is myself........

Yesterday went pass the shose rack

last week has been quit a busy week but a meaningful week

lets see what i have done for the past few weeks

Monday:

as he is able to night out on that day, so i went home to wait for him to be release from camp.

in the end drive to the railway road headed to the coffee bean and had a heart to heart talk

den went to paya lebar to da bao subway for my brother but in the end it was close as we reach there at 10 plus in the night liao den in the end went to mac da bao for him

& home sweet home

Wednesday:

As he was on half day, he came and pick me off work. suddenly had the craving for subway. went to kallang leisure for subway. headed to shop for the things he needed for training in thailand den his friend call him to help them buy water in the end went to shop for water after that home sweet home

Thursday:

As he has applied leave on friday so he able to come back from thursday night liao. waited for him at home. suddenly he have craving for satay. so he decided to go east cost food center. as i very full that night... so i already emphanized that i not eating and i just want to drink water only... that he this greedy guy and backside itchy go call 15 stick of satay and 5 chicken wing...went the food arrive i look at him and say you sure you can eat finish ba...he still tell me no problem... half way through he ask me to help him to eat...in the end i ate 3 stick of satay and half of the wing...i pei fu him the rest of it is clear by him. after eating when to explore the sandcastle beach...saw lots of beautiful sandcastle. as it was too dark and never bring cammera...therfore not able to take any photo...after that was home sweet home...

Friday:

He was off today.so his full whole day is spent with me. early in the morning he drive me to work den during lunch time he meet me and we headed down to parkway for Mos burger. den headed back to office. counting down to the end of work so i able to see him again. he came to fetch me from work...went to value shop and brough a few items for myself..let see what i brought

meet up my girls prawning at jurong hill

prawning for 3 hours and manage to catch only 3 prawns

but it was quit fun

siting there no need to worry for anything

relax sitting there thinknig of nothing sit there and wait for the prawn to come

this kind of life is what i looking for

away from city relaxing

i being to love prawning and i will countine to go different place to prawn :)

yesterday was shopping day
manage to get something from what i wanted
yesterday levis was having thier last day promotion, $50 off if you bring any jeans...any jeans will do
and both of us manage to grub something out from this sales
finally brought him a levis jeans hope you like it a lot :)
and yes i got myself a skinny jeans from levis
first i was trying size 26 and the result come out is still a bit loss
so i decided to tey size 25...guess what i actually manage to squzze and try it
yes i able to fit their size 25
i was really overjoy at the ponit
it has been quit long time since i able to fit size 25 liao
the feeling at that moment was wa wa wa wa wa
it give me the detertamination to slim down to fit every jeans of size 25
really happy
after buying our levis jeans
i went to skin food to buy some nutrients for my face again
as i have use finish my face miosture...i decided to get something from skin food
went there and was intorduce by one of the lady to use thier new product
when i was trying i stright away like thier product a lot liao cause the smell was really very nice
i like the smell stright away...is like those baby lotion and the smell was really really super nice....he he he he he he
in the process of trying..wishing that it will turn my face into baby backside...wa ha ha ha ha ha

First of all before i start blogging

A Happy Moooooooo Year !!!

have been resting for a countine of 9 days liao
9 days in a row without resting is shiok
hehehehe
i was still wondering if i still know the way from home to work ma
as CNY celebration is quit busy therefore don't really have time to update my blog
CNY celebration is all about gathering together with family member....eating and laughing together
lets see what i have done and where i have went during this
went back at sat evening reach ah gong house at midnight liao
den sun early in the morning went serembarn market
brought a few of the chinese new year decoration to decorate ah gong house
while daddy was preparing for renioune lunch and dinner
monday wating for san gu to be back and was preparing to go to auntine house at KL
Tuesday at aunt house @ KL
wed early in the morning from KL back to ah gong house
afternoon ah pa brought us to his old house where he stay when he was very very very very very young...when he was a children and heard that po po actually give birth my dad at the place
took at few photos when have time i shall do some upload of the photos
thursday when to melak...went to noya street and when to "YUE Niang" house...
but they close at 430 and we step at the place at 431
in the end we did not manage to see it
but my cousin they all are actually planning a trip to there at MAY...should be at labour day.....
looking forward to that trip...
yesterday night went to yi po house for steamboat....
that was roughly how i spend my chinese new year
looking forward to this Sunday where all my aunt,uncle and cousin will be coming to my huose for family gathering.......

Going to shop for skinny jeans later
as the time get nearer i getting more scare
i really scare to wear it and trying it

yesterday went to my facial
the feeling can only be describe using one word "SHIOK"
it has been so long since i let my face to relax liao
Went for their H2O facial, let my face to have sufficient of water
add one more eye mask.....this time try out for the cold eye mask
cold eye mask is to lighten my dark ring
when i told the person that my face is getting more and more pimples and more ugly
she also agree with me...she was saying that last time say me...my face is still not that bad yet
she ask if i under lots of stress ma..i say no...just that i sleep very late...
She emphanized that sleeping late can cause the skin to become rough and ugly....
OMG.....
i have been sleeping very late very late....12 plus or sometime even one
i know that i bad for my skin is back for my eye
i will only spoilt my skin i know that
i also feel like sleeping early
just that i can not resists the temptation to watch tv...
my show start at 1115 and end at 1215
i want to watch it ma

i deicded to use their tonner and their sun block
awaiting for thier stock
thier tonner cuase $48 which can cure pimples at the same time can control the black head and pore...
Thier sun block can be applied onto face without having ot put any foduntion or loss power..
no worries that it will clog your pore....
although is a bit expenisve
it cost $89 but but but
is quit a big bottle and can use for one year so it quit worth it
i will try anything as long as it can improve my skin

can even feel that pain when i walking

very tempting to try out skinny jeans

if seldom go to buguis street to buy clothes you able to buy better quality of clothes
and good quality of clothes dosen't need to buy frequently
in this way you are actually saving your shopping money liao :)

PART 1:

Last day of the year when Thomsom Plaza have our Lunch/Dinner Suki Sushi...

Was super Hungry on that day

so we order 16 plates of sushi at one go

eat till super full

we try our best to finish everything

in the end we did finish but it took hours

while eating we did a lot of talk and jokes

had lots of fun and laughter..

is really a mix feeling
really don't hope to say bye to year 2008
as when year 2009 come in this means that i getting older
2008 is coming to the end, thought has been going throught my mind
in the year 2008 what have i done and what have i not done
has i really reach and complete all the goals and resoultion that i have made at the beinging on the year 2008
or am i just wasting another year
maybe i feel that i getting older
i just don't have mood for this kind of celebration anymore
christmas eve i was at home the whole day and counting down to christmas is with my dear "ZHOU GONG"

just don't know why
this year all the celebration i just can't feel the right mood to celebrate

compare to childhood time.. the happiness...the excitment is just not here any more whenever there is a special occassion arriving

It has been long time since i went shopping and buy thing liao
last sat , when to a few of the places....
lets see when have i gone to????
first stop was beach road to do shopping for his army staff
den off to parkway
reach time liao and it was like time for dinner liao
so we went to food court for dinner
order a korean fish set
the fish was yummy and was super fresh
but the protion was so big that i have a hard time finishing it
as it is not cheap so no matter how full i am i still must finsh it
to prevent any wastage.....
fellow by it when to parkway for shopping
it is so crowed at parkway mainly because christmas season is getting nearer
and lots of shops are having discount
therfore it attract lots and lots of people
just manage to did some windown shopping
went into cotton on to buy shoes
but do not have my size and pattern
we decide to move on to orchard
when to cini ,
decide to watch Bolt
purchase the ticket where the show start at 11
so we have sufficient time walking around orchard
when to cotton on to purchase my shoes
where i find my sizes and the actual patteren i wanted
and has been find cotton on umberlla
as they have told me out of stock liao
but i manage to find it in orchard outlets
brought a key holder
while doing shopping
happen to glance throught 2 of the nice bag which i like
maybe that shall be goal for my next month
it seen that i have a fews bags on mu mind that i wanted to buy
everywhere is doing crzay sales
isn't it a wastes if you don't purchase anything

my aunt and mum was keep asking if i scare when drving high-way

cause ther are lots of car, bus and lorries and they are driving very very fast

but i still ok cause i drive on the left lane and drive at the speed of 80-90 km/h

It has been years since i put on my exercise shorts and Shirts
It has been years since i start ot burn off my calories
Hummmmm..............................................................

Think is really high time for me to start burning off all those unwanted calories
Has been doing a lot research on-line
got some tips on how to burn off those unwanted fats and calories

Here are some tips.....
eating more meals but at a small portion
stop eating when you feel full but don't overeat till you are very very full
exercise....do you know that actually walking for 30 min can cut off the fats
We should exercise because we like to
and not exercise for the seek of exercise
by doing so......den you will enjoy the exercise you are doing :)

i want to learn yoga....

went to jurong point for walk walk
decided to find a place to sit down,drink coffee & chit-chat
decided to settle down at Secret Recipe
was craving for their banana chocolate cake
at the same time got the cravig for something spicy
it took me quit some time to come to a conclusion
in the end banana chocolate cake was my decision
but...but...but...
was told by the waitress that banana chocolate cake was sold out
i decided to go for their tom yam chicken noodles despite 3 chilli was shown in the menu :)

Their Ice-Latte (which i order) was not really very nice compare to coffee bean or startbuck
but their starberry milkshake (which he order) was super duper nice...
Is really nice and i would go back and drink it...
the feeling is like eat starberry ice-cream...
till now i still thinking of the taste....
Tom Yam chicken noodle was served last
the soup is really orange and red
it consist of mushroom,chicken and califlower
woh...woh..woh...
the tom yam was really hot and spicy
no matter how hot and spicy
it is so delicious that you will countine to eat
without stoping your spoon

it did mange to finsh the whole bowl of tom yam with the help of
one bottle of their premium distilled water which cost 50 cent
but it the end they blur blur so was not charge into our bill hehe ;p
and one big glasses of my ice-latte and majority of the milkshake
i got scolded by him....saying that
you are spoilting my milkshake
people drink and enjoy the taste
but you drink it to cure the spicyness

but i really can not control myself ma

the tom yam is really too nice liao ma...

i just wanted to finsh it no maater how hot and spicy it is ma

in the end i did manage to finish OK!!!!

i told myself and him that i must train

myself to eat fiinsh this bowl of things

without drinking water :)

is really worth it :)

after finishing the food

is time for the bill

the bill turn out to be 20 pls

so he pass a $50 and some coin to the person

and in less den 5 min de person walk back

and when he open he saw the $50 notes and the coin still rested on there

he blur blur look at the waitress and she was also very shock......OH MY GOD!!!! was her replied

and she keep saying sorry to us

den i tell him

ai yeah...

why you blur blur look at her

if i you...i will take the money and walk away liao

in the end finally another guy pass us back the receipt and the change

this time the changes was calculate wrongly

the calculate short of how many dollar

but i can said thier staff is very friendly....

i will still go back for their milkshake and tom yam....

for the pass few days Has been going on-line to do reseach
regarding for my futher studies
and been going into different school to look into the degree the provided
has decided into going to a ful time course for my degree

just that reading at the course and see what subject they actually cover

the oil the extra meat surround in your body is back
the feeling is back....
the fearful of becoming fat
the feeling when steping onto the weight machine is not good
knowing that your weight has been increasing and no matter how
you try to control yourself but you only see either your weight has been increasing
or not it has been staying there do not want to go down....hiex
think i should do something to it liao

Plan to slim down......

No FastFood (once in a month)
No FriedFood
drink black coffee instead of coffee with creamer and suger
less intake of carbohydrates food
more intake of fruits and vegetable
less intake of prok and chicken
have more intake of fish
eat food that is more heatlhy and consist of less oil
no eating after 830pm

Go for jogging (at least 20 min (in order to slim down))
Playing badmination
Go for a cycling

hope by doing this i can slim own as fast a possible :)

In less den 48 hrs i had SAKAE SUSHI for 2 times
but of course with different people lah
Just don't know why i never get sick and tired of food in sakae sushi
through out the whole dinner
laughter and joke was at the dinner table
i really start to wonder people around us will start thinking if we are mad people just out

I just enjoy your accompany
you never fail to make me laugh till my stomach pain

A suprise was given by him.....

upon receive this present suprise and shock is what can describe my feeling

cause during wednesday we will walking pass levis shop and just browsing through their jeans

den i happen to make a comment "This jeans very nice !"

and guess what i receive this suprise cum present on friday

i was told that i got suprise

and given me all sorts of clues that got no link at all

no matter how i guess all was wrong

and upon driving he told me that suprise is quit big and ask me go open the boot myself

so i open it...

and saw the box...

shock and suprsie was the feeling at the monent

Yes....This is my second time going back to the same old place...Hong kong cafe @ East Cost... Can u believe it???? i actually went there 2 times within 3 days.....i just love the place a lot...wa ha ha ha ha...as they serve nice food and good place to relax and chit-chat...wa ha ha ha ha...

Tuesday went there with my darling....she is not anyone but her....The one who share the most memories with me during my secondary school life (my partner during my first day in sec school) and yes we are still keeping in contact and we both treasure this friendship a lot :)....The one who always crab with me and the one who never fail to have juicy news to gossip with me... Althought we seldom meet up (maybe 2 month once) but but but we never fail to have so much things to crab around and talk about when ever we meet, it seen that there is a never ending topic for both of us..I just love her to the max :).

Can you believe it...This is my the first time in my 21 years life seeing a round "wu chan ruo"..And we just enjoy taking photo with it..See is as big as our face...

when i step onto the weighing machine

i have been eating even in the late hours

and been eating alot

i really must do something to it liao

recently i just feel that my figure is become like a auntie figure

i just hate the figure

i must do something to it

eating less......

exercise.....runing and play badminton

it has been a long time since i have done this 2 things liao

in order to maintain my figure

my idea weight is 40kg-43kg
